A.T.HUDSON proceeds through a series of steps to develop a working partnership with our clients:
1.  Meeting.  An initial meeting with the key management staff of a potential
client to fully present our philosophy, techniques and results.
2.  Analysis.  A low cost two- to three-week study, via interviews, of current front-line management information and practices to assess the effectiveness of existing management tools, habits and technology implementation.
3.  Proposal.  A detailed written proposal for a subsequent Project, including an outline of expected results, a schedule, a statement of total fees and a cash flow analysis.
4.  Project.  Our consultants work on-site, one on one with front-line supervisors to develop, test and implement the specific managerial tools and habits necessary for streamlined business processes. Supervisors themselves, not ATH consultants, present project results to senior management.
5.  Follow-up.  ATH follows up for three years. Our improvements last because our clients' supervisors feel "pride of ownership" for tools that they themselves developed, implemented and validated.
